What?

  • As part of a European expansion into 17 new markets, I delivered a new B2B content strategy, including long-form sales enablement materials and SEO editorial for Ophelos.

  • Ophelos is a B2B2C AI-driven personal finance and debt resolution platform. Their proprietary NLP and LLM, Olive, helps creditors detect their vulnerable customers and support them with personalised repayment solutions and financial education, boosting recoveries and customer retention.


Why?

  • To sit alongside a new website rebrand, Ophelos required long-form educational content for qualifying and nurturing leads.

  • At this funnel stage, each element of their highly advanced, proprietary AI tech needed to be explained in detail — with technical processes and case study outcomes woven into compelling narratives that distilled the importance of enterprises shifting their tech stacks to AI-driven solutions.
