What?
As part of a rebrand project for Ophelos, I delivered fresh content for two new websites and user journeys — including their B2B and B2C offerings.
Ophelos is an AI-driven personal finance and debt resolution platform. It reaches out to customers in debt, on behalf of creditors, to help them repay their debts with flexible, automatic payments.
Ophelos’ proprietary NLP and LLM, Olive, helps creditors detect their vulnerable customers and support them with personalised repayment solutions and financial education, boosting recoveries and customer retention.
Why?
The websites and user journeys needed to reflect the refreshed Ophelos tone of voice: on the customer side, highly empathetic, empowering and education-driven; on the client side, snappy, industry-leading and acquisition-focused.
The B2C UX journey required building deep brand trust and social proof with customers contacted by Ophelos to initiate repayments.
The B2B UX journey required translating highly advanced, proprietary AI tech into clearly defined USPs that drove prospects to demo bookings.
