What?

  • As part of a rebrand project for Ophelos, I delivered fresh content for two new websites and user journeys — including their B2B and B2C offerings.

  • Ophelos is an AI-driven personal finance and debt resolution platform. It reaches out to customers in debt, on behalf of creditors, to help them repay their debts with flexible, automatic payments.

  • Ophelos’ proprietary NLP and LLM, Olive, helps creditors detect their vulnerable customers and support them with personalised repayment solutions and financial education, boosting recoveries and customer retention.


Why?

  • The websites and user journeys needed to reflect the refreshed Ophelos tone of voice: on the customer side, highly empathetic, empowering and education-driven; on the client side, snappy, industry-leading and acquisition-focused.

  • The B2C UX journey required building deep brand trust and social proof with customers contacted by Ophelos to initiate repayments.

  • The B2B UX journey required translating highly advanced, proprietary AI tech into clearly defined USPs that drove prospects to demo bookings.
