mindhamok: TOV & Positioning

What?

  • I delivered a new tone of voice and brand positioning document for mindhamok ahead of their European launch.

  • Deliverables included strategising a new channel-specific TOV, an internal TOV guideline document and brand boilerplate.

  • mindhamok is a student wellbeing and mental health service that supports international students across the EU with a mental health help-line and in-person workshops.

Why?

  • As the brand was in its infancy, mindhamok needed a clear and defined TOV and set of internal guidelines to share with freelance writers ahead of their launch.

  • The project involved a series of workshops with the founding team to ideate a new set of vision and mission statements along with concepts for the brand tone.
